El Tribunal de Juicio en lo Criminal del Distrito Judicial Norte condenó este miércoles a cumplir una pena de 12 años de prisión a un hombre por considerarlo autor penalmente responsable de los delitos de abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante, en concurso real con suministro de material pornográfico a menor de catorce años, ambos reiterados en un numero indeterminado de veces, en concurso ideal con promoción de la corrupción de menores agravada. Los delitos fueron cometidos en perjuicio de una niña menor de edad.
Los hechos fueron registrados entre 2013 y 2015 cuando el hombre que prestaba funciones como portero en una escuela habría abusado de una niña menor de entre 6 y 7 años. Por estos hechos el Ministerio Público Fiscal en su alegato había solicitado 10 años de prisión, el mínimo de pena que establece el Código Penal para estos delitos.
A raíz del veredicto el Tribunal, presidido por el juez Eduardo López, con las vocalías de la Dra. Natalia Buitrago y el Dr. Ricardo Locatelli, ordenó la inmediata detención y prisión preventiva del condenado y que fuera trasladado desde los estrados a la Unidad de Detención Nº 1 del Servicio Penitenciario.
Los fundamentos del juicio oral se darán a conocer el viernes 1 de julio.
